Guidance followed by silent meditation
Sessions are free and ongoing
The sessions start with guidance and discussion around mindfulness meditation principles and how Buddhist perspectives relate to this in daily life. The group then settles into quiet standing or walking meditation followed by sitting meditation. The evening finishes with a reading for reflection and then closes with a traditional Buddhist chant (participation in this is optional).
Beginners are welcome.
